Thirty-two staff members work in the office and it's part of the faculty wide administration (350 employees). The context of their work is similar to that of many public sector organizations..."producing more for less and at a higher quality." The webinar will look at the evolution of Lean principles. Learning objectives include: considering aspects of leadership related to the principles of Lean, looking at a case study and discussing the potential of implementing Lean.
