CREW (Common Reporting Environment for the Warehouse) – An online interface for running reports on Harvard’s sponsored, financial and HR data.

ecrt (Effort Certification Reporting Technology) is Harvard University’s web-based time and effort reporting system. Please go to the Office for Sponsored Programs/Effort Reporting web page for important dates on the current Period of Performance certifications.

GMAS (Grants Management Applications Suite) – A university-wide, web-based system for managing sponsored funding. GMAS is used to maintain proposal, award and subcontract data, activate accounts and monitor spending and approvals. It is also an online repository for storing grant-related documents. Additional GMAS resources are also available.

Oracle Financial Applications – A central suite of applications used for budgeting, transacting, billing and processing payments to Harvard’s General Ledger. Web Voucher, PCard, HCOM and Budget Tool are the most widely-used Oracle modules.

WASABI – An HSPH custom application designed for budgeting and transacting.

HMS Proposal Dropbox – A custom application, part of the HMS eCommons, that allows PIs and administrators to upload proposal documents for SPA review and approval.
